As Elena Petrova, Project Lead, I was motivated to redefine physical spaces with digital innovation, crucial for VisionWaveDigital. I'm Sergey Lebedev, Project Coordinator and QA Specialist. We faced a major challenge coordinating installation with third-party vendors and client teams, especially with unexpected site conditions. We overcame this with a detailed communication matrix and daily sync-ups. The team's adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile were remarkable. My contribution involved meticulous planning, risk management, and ensuring product quality, bridging technical implementation and client satisfaction.
